Webb’s Consulting & Management Services Inc. is owned and managed by long time Anchorage resident Bill Webb and his wife Barbara. Webb's Consulting & Management Services, Inc. was formed in 1998 and has operated Anchorage Market & Festival since the 1999 Season. In addition the company owns and operates the state’s largest farmer’s market known as the Northway Mall Wednesday Market; provides management of the Vendor Court for the Bear Paw Festival in Eagle River each July; operates since 1999 the Made In Alaska Program for the State; owns and operates the Arts & Crafts Emporium and the Holiday Food & Gift Show each November in the Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center.
